The Wrestling Network: A New Era of Regional Professional Wrestling

The Wrestling Network (TWN) is a privately held media and sports entertainment organization dedicated to restoring the spirit of professional wrestling through a modern, unified system. Founded in late 2025, TWN operates as both a broadcast network and governing body, with its flagship promotion Pacific Pro Wrestling (PPW), serving as the cornerstone of its nationwide vision.

Based on the West Coast, PPW embodies the energy, style, and innovation of the modern wrestling era while maintaining the athletic credibility and storytelling tradition that defined the territorial age. Every event under the TWN banner adheres to shared production values, brand standards, and a commitment to presenting professional wrestling as both a sport and a spectacle.

Through its digital platform, TWN Live, the network broadcasts original programming, live PPW events, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content, offering a consistent, high-quality wrestling experience to a growing global audience.

While TWN’s expansion plans include establishing a footprint in every U.S. region and eventually overseas, its foundation remains firmly set in the Pacific, guided by the vision and resources of its elusive founder, Mr. Halden, a figure whose origins are as guarded as his intentions.

The real story

When the territory system fell, wrestling lost its foundation. Regional promotions vanished, local heroes faded, and the sport that once thrived in smoky halls and civic centers was replaced by monopolies, metrics, and corporate storytelling. The sense of regional identity, the lifeblood of the industry...disappeared.

In the years that followed, a new name began to surface...The Wrestling Network. No one can say exactly when the idea began. What’s known is that a man known only as Mr. Halden (or simply MH) appeared with a plan, a vision, and the resources to make it happen. Within months, TWN had acquired production facilities, broadcast technology, and a singular goal, to rebuild professional wrestling from the ground up.

The Pacific Experiment

The first step in that vision became Pacific Pro Wrestling (PPW). A West Coast–based promotion designed to blend the athletic spirit of the territories with modern presentation. PPW represents TWN’s proving ground, a fully realized test case for what the Network hopes to create nationwide: a system where competition, storytelling, and regional identity coexist under one production standard.

Through TWN Live, the Network’s digital platform, every PPW event, interview, and broadcast is delivered to a growing global audience. From small studios to packed venues, TWN’s fingerprints are everywhere, lighting, commentary, design, presentation, every pixel refined to feel authentic yet cinematic.

Mr. Halden

Rumors surround him like fog. Some claim he’s a media investor who saw the potential for wrestling’s rebirth. Others whisper about silent partners, old money, or a secret syndicate of promoters pulling the strings. What’s certain is that Mr. Halden never appears publicly, no interviews, no press, no photos. His voice, when heard, comes only through intermediaries.

To some, Halden is a savior, the man who brought funding, structure, and legitimacy back to independent wrestling. To others, he’s a ghost, an invisible hand steering the industry toward a future only he understands.

The Network Today

Under Halden’s quiet direction, The Wrestling Network operates as both a media company and a governing body. It controls production, distribution, and presentation, all filtered through the TWN Live eco-system.

For now, Pacific Pro Wrestling stands alone, the prototype of a much larger design. But whispers already circulate about future expansions, new territories, and a global footprint forming in the shadows. And yet, the same question lingers behind every broadcast, every handshake, every contract signed under the TWN seal:

Who really controls The Wrestling Network... and why?
